2、fob贸易术语含义

根据《国际贸易术语解释通则》规定，FOB：船上交货（……指定装运港），剂附愿优间品顾是指卖方在指定的装运港，将货物交致买方指定的船只上，或者指（中间销售商）设法获取这样交付的货物。一旦装船，买方将承担货物灭失或损坏造成的所有风险。

FOB（FreeOnBoard的首字母缩写），也称“离岸价”，是国际贸易中常用的贸易术市语之一。按离岸价进行的交易，买方负责派船接运货物，卖方应在合同规定的装运港和规快贵货及绍烟机死六定的期限内将货物装上买方指定的船只，并及时通知买方。货物在装运港被装上指定船时，风险即由卖方转移至买方。

术语分类简述

1、出口地交货

出口地交货的贸易术语有：工厂交货（EXW）、货交承运人（FCA）、装运港船边交货（FAS）、装运港船上交货（FOB）、成本加身胡妒原够社讨较粒触坐运费（CFR）、成本加保险费和运费（CIF），运费付至……（CPT）、运费和保险费付至……（CIP）。国际商会根据贸易术语开头字母的不同，将以上8个贸易术语分为E组、F组与C组。以上贸易术语卖方交货地点都在出口地，所以按这8种贸易术语签订的国际货物买卖合同称为装运合同。

2、进口地交货

进口地交货的贸易术语有：DAP（目的地交货）、DAT（运输终端交货）、完税后交货（DDP）。在进口地交货的贸易术语，国际商会将上述3种贸易术语称为D组。
