什么是套汇和套利?有什么形式?

(1)套汇
所谓套汇，就是利用两个或三个不同外汇市场之间某种货币的汇率差异，分别在这几个外汇市场上一面买进一面卖出这种货币，从中赚取汇率差额利益的外汇交易形式。套汇的主要形式有直接套汇与间接套汇两种。
①直接套汇。直接套汇又称两地套汇，是指当两个不同地点外汇市场上某种货币汇率出现差异时，外汇交易者同时在这两个市场买贱卖贵，从中赚取差价利润的交易行为。
②间接套汇。间接套汇又称三地套汇，是指套汇者利用三个以上不同地点的外汇市场在同一时间内存在的货币汇率差异，同时在这些市场上买贱卖贵，套取汇率差额收益的交易行为。
(2)套利
套利活动主要有两种形式：
①“不抛补的套利”。主要是指利用两国市场的利率差异，把短期资金从利率较低的市场调至利率较高的市场进行投资，以谋取利息差额收入。
②“抛补的套利”。是指套利者在把资金从甲地调往乙地以获取较高利息的同时，还在外汇市场上卖出远期的乙国货币以防止风险。
套利活动的机会在外汇市场上往往转瞬即逝，套利机会一旦出现，大银行大公司便会迅速投入大量资金，从而使两国的利差与两国货币掉期率(即远期汇率与即期汇率之间的差额)之间的不一致迅速消除。所以从这个意义上讲，套利活动客观上加强了国际金融市场的一体化，使两国之间的短期利率趋于均衡并由此形成一个世界性的利率网络。同时，套利活动也使各国货币的利率和汇率之间形成了一种有机的联系，两者相互影响，相互牵制。从这一点上看套利活动实际上是促进国际金融一体化的一种重要力量。 （推荐答案！）
