Ingredients:
1. 500g pork
2. 2 potatoes
3. 2 tablespoons cooking oil
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
6. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
7. 1 teaspoon cooking wine
8. 1 teaspoon cornstarch
9. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10. 2 cloves garlic, minced
11. 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
12. 2 tablespoons chopped ginger
13. 2 tablespoons chopped Chinese yam
Instructions:
1. Cut the pork into thin slices and marinate with salt, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and sesame oil for 15 minutes.
2. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
3. Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the pork slices and stir-fry until they are cooked through.
4. Add the potatoes and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
5. Add the garlic, green onion, ginger and Chinese yam. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
6. Add salt and sugar to taste.
7. Serve hot.

4.锅中放入油,烧热,放入葱、姜、蒜爆香,加入腌制好的猪肉片,翻炒至肉片变色,加入腌制好的山药片,翻炒均匀,加入适量的水,煮至山药片变软,加入盐调味,即可出锅。
