Journal of Food and Biotechnology is a national academic journal sponsored by the Institute of Food Research of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, founded in 1991, monthly, bi-monthly, 12 issues a year. This journal mainly publishes research results in the fields of food science, food engineering, food biotechnology, food safety, food nutrition, etc., as well as research results in economics, management, technology and other aspects of the food industry.
